Simon Pure Development is licensed as a General Contractor in the State of North Carolina, and we carry Liability and Workman's Compensation insurance.
Simon Pure specializes in classic renovation of older and historic homes, with special attention to historic detail, and takes pride in the seamless integration of new construction into existing designs. The company undertakes work both for itself (we purchase suitable properties and renovate for the market), or as custom builders for clients who wish to undertake a turnkey renovation of their existing homes.
In addition to the construction, Simon Pure offers basic design as well as interior design services.
